Affiliate Marketing FAQs

1) What is the Lifetime Affiliate Program?

The Lifetime Affiliate Marketing Program allows you to earn passive income by promoting psilocybin products through an affiliate link or coupon code.

You will earn 15% lifetime commission on all customer orders and 5% lifetime commission on all sub-referral orders. Once you acquire new customers, they will be linked to your account for life.

Please note: It's important to note that you will not receive a commission for orders placed on your own account.

2) What is the process after signing up?

Once you sign up for the Affiliate Partnership, an Account Manager will contact you after your application has been approved to provide more information about the program and the company.

You will then be able to access the Affiliate Area dashboard, where you can find details about your Affiliate Link, Affiliate Coupon Code, Pending Payments, Visitors, and other relevant information.

It's important to note that you cannot be an affiliate and a dropshipper/wholesaler at the same time. Violating this agreement will result in account termination.

3) What is the process after signing up?

You can earn commission in two ways:

Your Customers: By using your affiliate link or coupon code, you can earn 15% lifetime commission on every order your customer makes. Once the order is completed, you'll receive commission in your account, and the customer will be linked to your account for life.

Your Sub-Referral Customers: Without needing your affiliate link or coupon code, you can automatically earn a 5% lifetime commission on orders placed by your sub-referral’s existing customers. Once the order is completed, you'll receive commission in your account.

4) When are commissions compensated?

The payment of commissions occurs during the first week of each month, and we offer payment options via e-Transfer or PayPal. Please remember to get in touch with your Account Manager to provide the necessary payment information.

Please note: You will not receive commission for any orders placed using your own account.

5) Affiliate Link vs. Affiliate Coupon Code

After being approved, you'll be provided with an Affiliate Link that you can use to create sales campaigns and track the performance of different sales strategies. You will receive a commission when a customer clicks on your affiliate link and completes an order.

Additionally, you will be provided a unique Affiliate Coupon Code, which ensures you receive a commission for any customer who purchases using this code. However, if a customer clicks on a different Affiliate Link and uses your Coupon Code, you will not receive a commission.

Please note: Affiliate Links have priority over Affiliate Coupons.

6) How long are cookies stored for?

The browser will store the cookies for 30 days after the click. But if a customer clicks on another Affiliate Link, the referral will be transferred to the most recent clicked Affiliate Link, overriding the cookies.

For instance, if John clicks on Affiliate A's link and uses Affiliate B's coupon, Affiliate A will still receive the commission.
