Shipping Policy

At PsiloPals, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your products. All packages are discreetly packaged and do not have labels indicating the contents of the package. We take extra care to wrap packages in tear-proof plastic bags and environmentally-friendly packing peanuts to ensure safe arrival.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate and provide appropriate compensation, which may include a credit or replacement product. Please note that replacement products are only offered for defective items, and the type of compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive a credit, please be aware that it will expire after 90 days and will be given in the form of a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used once, and any unused credit will become void.

We use traceable and secure shipping methods, and in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged, we will take steps to make it right, including investigating with the courier and offering a replacement, credit, or refund.

If you are unhappy with your order, we may offer the option to return it. In cases where the product is defective or the order is incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if the customer is unsatisfied for reasons other than a defective product, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If an item becomes out of stock or is missing from your order before shipment, we will attempt to contact you to make a change to your order. If we cannot make contact within 3 days, we will select a replacement product that closely matches your original choice.

We take quality control seriously, wearing safety gear and sanitizing all products to ensure the highest quality. Our packaging is air-sealed and tamper-proof to ensure sterility. If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, please contact us immediately.
